     B Mogul Group is a company that will strive to excel in the purchase, renovation, rental and sales of residential properties in order to provide affordable housing for low to middle income families.  We are different and special in many ways because we will offer affordable leasing options designed to provide low income families with an opportunity to achieve the American Dream of home ownership, while offering them many other services. 

     The inspiration for the company was the realization that there is a need for a company that can develop better quality homes for less, while utilizing energy efficient green building initiatives, in an effort to improve the living conditions of people in the community.  The company will be headquartered in the state of Michigan. Its operations will expand regionally.

     B Mogul Group is particularly proud of the fact that the founder is a lifelong resident of the community, with many years of real estate experience and is committed to assisting first-time home buyers while reinvesting back into the community.  The company is also particularly proud of the fact that we possess a dedicated management team that demonstrates honest, integrity and professionalism in all aspects of operations.
